The price covers the cost of using the equipment - the whiteboard, the projector and one basic coffee break (coffee, tea, still water). You may find the details of coffee break offer here.

 

There’s an additional fee for flipchart blocks - 10 zł + VAT per 20 sheets.

The settlement unit is each started half an hour.

 

Cancelling a reservation is free of charge until 7 days ahead of the planned meeting.

Reservations cancelled later than 7 days before the meeting are subject to a fee of 50% of the reservation cost.

 

Flat fees for conference rooms

Our Clients who frequenly use our conference rooms may take advantage of paying flat fees. The fee is converted to points that may be spent to use all of the Studio’s conference rooms within one month from the purchase.

Example:
Paying a 390 zł (+VAT) fee, you get 3000 points to spend on renting any of our conference rooms. For instance, you can rent the "Idea" room for 5 hours (5 x 275 points) and spend another 5 hours in the "Conference" room (5 x 325 points).

 

The points are valid for 1 month after the purchase.

 

Conference room prices for coworking fee payers

Free of charge - within the working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00), provided that all the paid reservations are yielded and the free reservation is not longet than 3 hours a day.

50% of the regular price - for a paid reservation within the working hours

100% of the regular prices - for reservations before or after the Studio’s working hours.

 

Flipchart blocks and coffee breaks are subject to the regular price list.

 

* Days available for use within 1 month from the day of the purchase.
** One day equals 9 hours (from 9:00 to 18:00); Half a day equals 4.5 hours (chosen between 9:00 and 18:00).
